Some operations require handling hot parts. Exercise maximum caution. Ensure that bed heating is disabled and that the door, bed, and other parts are safe to touch.
¶ Procedure for Changing Nozzle

Heat the Hotend:
- Heat the hotend to a temperature slightly lower than the printing temperature. For example, if printing at 300°C, heat the nozzle to 250°C.

Remove Old Nozzle:
- Use 12 mm wrench to hold the hotend and 7 mm (9/32") wrench to unscrew the nozzle.
- Unscrew the old nozzle, clear fittig plase from plastic remains
- Use 12 mm wrench to hold the hotend and 7 mm (9/32") wrench to unscrew the nozzle.

Attach new nozzle
- Insert the new one, and tighten it with a torque of approximately 1.5 Nm (recommended by the manufacturer).
¶ Procedure for Clearing Clogged Hotend or Nozzle

Remove nozzle:
- Heat the hotend to a temperature slightly lower than the printing temperature.
- Unscrew the nozzle. Use 12 mm wrench to hold the hotend and 7 mm (9/32") wrench to unscrew the nozzle.

Test Extrusion:
- Attempt to extrude plastic without the nozzle. If the plastic extrudes, simply replace the nozzle.

Addressing Clogged Heat Break:
- If plastic does not extrude, the heat break is clogged. Follow the procedure for Unclogging the Nozzle.
